Collective work for Occupy Montreal

Saturday was the day the Occupy Wall Street movement expanded to the whole western world. A collective of anonymous Montreal Yarn Bombers had planned a big bomb for long, and this was their moment to get the yarn out. Here are a couple of good lol pictures, thanks to the photographer!

If you browse through the photos and videos of the last days at the Square Victoria- newly renamed original “People’s Place” (La Place des Peuples)-, you might just catch a glimpse of a brightly coloured column! There are dozens of photos already, chec some out on facebook.

Thanks to all of the 14+ participants who helped in the process of making this collective artistic ocupation work! We shall strike again.
